PLR. Private Label Rights. You are buying a product that allows you to edit and change the content as you wish. You can claim authorship of products you create from PLR. Usually, you may also determine the kinds of rights you attach to your newly-created product (but NOT to the PLR product itself).
MRR. Master Resale Rights. You are allowed to resell these products, and may choose to sell resell rights to your buyers (you can charge more for this). Licensing differs from product to product, but usually your buyers may sell the product as well as limited resale rights to their buyers.
RR. Resale Rights. These products may be resold, but resale rights may not be passed on to buyers.
PUO. Personal Use Only. These products may be used by you, but not sold or shared with others.
